This New Built Home is available from May 2020 so early bookings is a must. The Décor and Finish is contemporary and modernised in the beautiful area of Falmouth Stone Brook Manor. The Property Space:
The villa has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms available for guests.

X1 Master bedroom - Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedside lamps and built in wardrobes.

X1 bedroom- is 2 single beds and a family bathroom with built in wardrobes, Chester draws for the extra storage.

The property has a beautiful kitchen living and dining room. It is very clean modernised and comfortable allowing space that you will enjoy, either on the veranda watching the Seaview sunset or the sunrise. Guests have access to the nearby beach less than 5 minutes away from the property, where you can take advantage of the excursions on the beach.

Guests have the option at an additional cost to make use of our private transfer to nearby places of interest.

Guest access:
All Guest will be given access using a key pad system. you will have full access to the ENTIRE property during your stay which include living room, dining room, kitchen and the porch/veranda, huge garden area.

Other essentials things to note:
Guest will have access to FREE WIFI
Smart TV, Cable and kindle Fire stick so you don't miss your favourite episodes whilst in paradise.

Replenishment of coffee, english tea bags and herbal teas will be available during your stay.

Fresh cold bottled water will be available upon arrival to quench your thirst.

All Kitchen Amenities, such as double door fridge with water dispenser, a cooker, microwave will be provided to cook all your special family meals.

Utensils such as Pots, Pans, cutlery etc will be provided and the Main essentials:
Washing Machine /Dryer will be provided.
Air Conditioning - is throughout the whole property with the additional
Floor Standing Fans.

Hosts will be present to greet you upon arrival and check out.

As an additional benefit in staying with us. Guests who book longer than 21 days with us and paid in full, we will provide continental breakfast for the first 5 days of any booking during your stay for free.

25 minutes from Montego Bay airport
10 minutes to the Burwood beach and 876 beach
5 minutes to the Martha Brea, where rafting is also available.
5 minutes away from the Glistening Water Lagoon.
