Nice clean resort. Entertainment was great. The specialty restaurants were hard to get into. The pools closes at 6 which was a disappointment.

I was seriously disappointed with the food service, outside of the specially restaurant Steakhouse which we had reservations for the buffet, the sports bar and the grill were very disappointing. The buffet on Wednesday we found a fly in our ribs, the sports bar served pre made burger patties and nachos with cheese that was rock hard nothing fresh or gourmet, as a Jamaican I was disappointed that what was being pushed as authentic Jamaican food on the buffet line and jerk hut/grill was far from. Oxtail was touch, ackee mashy mashy and jerk chicken was done in an oven. The egg station at breakfast was lack luster, the omlettes she made wasn’t great. Room service needs more options or to be closed as a traditional club sandwich was ordered two different nights by us and they were inconsistent in the make and cut and seemed to be thrown together on the plate with nacho chips on top. As a new hotel I expected better but the results seemed like they were already tired of making the food and for what we spent for our stay we barely ate anything. I also think the front desk didn’t take my complaints seriously all I got was sorry that happened when we told them about the fly or that two times our room door was pulled while we were in, as the staff member did not announce themselves. One came to drop off what should have been done before our arrival to celebrate a birthday, he knocked once n opened the door. The other knocked three times at 8;30am on check out day and opened the door.

PROS: The best part of this resort was the entertainment they had for kids and adults by the pool and in the evening at the stage. Live bands, karaoke so much fun. The staff were very friendly and eager to be at your service. Shout out to Starfire so talented and nice. CONS: Buffet food was average. It was impossible to get a dinner reservation through the app. We had to struggle to dine in the restaurants, they would tell we are fully booked and restaurant would be empty inside. Wine was ok but other alcohol was watered down, could not tasty any rum in a mojito. We also got ripped off with transportation - Destination Services T&C I got an email saying you have to book the ride to and from the airport 24 hours in advance which I did and when it was time to leave the resort they told me you have to book 24 hours after you arrive at the resort total BS and cost us $100 dollars for a taxi.

Hey I stayed at this property over the weekend and it was really nice the staff was kind.It was hard getting reservations for any of the restaurants.The resort is about 35-45 minutes away from excursions and night life. Food was mid. The male staff are very flattered by American women, So they will approach you with no hesitation. Felt safe 7/10

Customer service was top tier.There was activities for all ages.It was non stop fun.The only critique I have is there should be more Jamaican cuisine. When you visit a ppace you want to embrace thrir culture.
