The home was as comfortable as I was hoping for--the 5 bedrooms were nice sized and with 3 bathrooms, five of us were comfortable. We had plenty of shared space for cooking, eating, meeting, and working individually. The house is just a small walk to a beach. The bike path is close, but the road is narrow and has no sidewalks. That was a little disappointing. The hosts were forthcoming with suggestions for the area. Construction on the house next door was active, but not particularly bothersome. The rest of the neighbors were silent, making for a peaceful retreat.
