Stay in a newly built apartment on our family farm in beautiful Dalsland, surrounded by open fields, forest and water. Wake up to peaceful mornings, enjoy breakfast on your private terrace and watch the landscape change through the large panoramic windows.
The apartment combines modern comfort with a genuine Swedish countryside feeling. It offers bright spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and beautiful views over the lake and the grazing fields.
Down by the lake, you’ll have access to our own little beach — a peaceful spot for swimming, playing, relaxing or simply enjoying time by the water. There is also a larger public swimming area just a few minutes away by car or bicycle.
This is a calm and scenic place to unwind, spend time in nature and experience the simple beauty of rural Sweden — with the west coast within easy reach by car.

About the accommodation
The apartment has an open and airy layout with generous social areas. From both the sofa and the dining area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The fresh bathroom features a rain shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are four beds divided between two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm wide, and the other has two single beds, 90 cm wide.
In the living room, there is a large, brand-new 65-inch TV with Chromecast. Wi-Fi is included.
We have recently installed passive cooling through our geothermal heating system, which helps keep the apartment cool and comfortable even on warm summer days.
Adjacent to the apartment, there is a patio with a picnic table and charcoal grill. It’s especially cozy to sit outside in the evening sun, watch the cows in the pasture and enjoy the view down toward the lake.
Just a stone’s throw from the farm, you also have access to our beach and a campfire spot by the lakeshore — a lovely place for evenings by the water.
There is also the option to rent an aluminium boat, Linder Fishing 410, with an electric motor and oars at a discounted price if you’d like to try your luck at fishing. A fishing license is required. Please contact us for more information about prices and booking.

As a guest of this country house, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
