The check-in was smooth and the front desk staff courteous. The room was large and well laid out. But there was dried blue stuff on the bathroom counter that I can only assume was toothpaste from the previous guest. Made me wonder about what else wasn’t cleaned. They also have signs everywhere about how they don’t want to disturb you by having housekeeping come to the room unless you call to request them. And yet, housekeeping knocked on my door in the morning to see when I was checking out (and I’d already completed their online request earlier saying I’d check out at 11am).

The room was dirty. Dirty socks left in the closet, dryer sheets crumbs and a dog leash under the bed, pubic hair left in the jacuzzi tub, the lights flickered alot above the jacuzzi tub, there was absolutely zero toilet paper in the room whhen we checked in, and the shower curtain was too short, so when you used the shower, which was handicap accessible, the water would not stay in the shower area, and flooded the bathroom floor. The toilet also would not refill with water on its own, we had to remove the lid and manually lift the plug. Before checking in i i quired about late checkout, and it was approved online for 1 pm. When we checked in, there was no record of it, and the front desk staff told us noon was the best she could do, without even checking her computer. The next morning, we had to pay and extra $25 for a 3pm checkout. It was a really disappointing part of a mini vacation.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was over and put away by the time I went down to eat at 9:15 both days. It advertised til 10am. I also asked for a late checkout was told there would be 25 dollar charge. They charged me 50 dollars. Decent Price and Continental breakfast and location is main things I look for when renting, Especially when coming up town for medical procedures. Overcharged plus no breakfast equals not happy customer.
