The rooms and bathrooms were clean; the pool area was clean, the breakfast area was clean. We had an amazing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and even put out Easter eggs around the hotel and when the kids found them they were sooo excited! It was a great touch.
The staff placed eggs around the lobby and breakfast area over Easter.

I’m not sure why this Hotel has the low rating? We had a great experience from check in, clean room, great pool/splash pad/hot tub, staff, clean. Was a big weekend in town so rates seemed higher than normal. Overall very good stay!

The room was clean: they provide a basket of items that are for purchase in your room, I put it up out my kids' reach haha but thought that was nice. Good hours for the pool and the temperature of the pools were perfect. Staff was kind and welcoming.

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean. Bathroom was a bit small but the water pressure in the shower made up for it. The kiddie pool, pool/water slide, and hot tub needs amazing, clean, and in great working condition. Breakfast was stocked, hot, and delicious.
