Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from.

We were just done...

This place was way overpriced $200 a night? Continental breakfast area way too small and so crowded with kids and no place to sit so we just left.. couldnt use hot tub because there were 15 kids in it.. so zero relaxation... kids running up and down the hallway and elevator all night long the room below us kept slamming the door so loud it wad shaking our bed and lamps every 10 minutes from 8pm to 11pm.. we ended up leaving saturday because we just had enough of all the kids .. so we lost 200$ for saturday night.. prob wont be back

The door was broken to our room and they couldn’t get us into our room to our things for two hours, they did not check on us while we waited outside in our vehicle with three childeren til well past midnight and then got a new room but was refused any sort of discount for our inconvenience!

The staff was friendly. Everything was clean & comfortable. Loved the cozy cabin feel. Breakfast was great with lots of options & good food. My only complaint is that the water could have been a little warmer in the pool.

*CAUTION* Bedding Not Changed Between Guests

*CAUTION* HOTEL DOES NOT CHANGE SHEETS BETWEEN GUESTS. Pulled back our sheets to find blood spots on the sheets that was also on the comforter and on the mattress pad so linens were obviously not changed from the prior guests. Repeated attempts to speak to management about experience have gone unanswered. Pool was fun for kids, breakfast was ok, will look elsewhere in the future for our stays in Fargo. If you end up staying here check your full bed prior to trying to use it.
