I didn't fall asleep till 2:00 am because of the door slamming, screaming and fighting. I am so tired and had to drive halfway across the state. No one manning the front desk until 8:00 am and I don't blame them. It was so sketchy.

The parking is fine but . It’s not very safe if someone can just enter the hotel without using the card. All doors can be unlocked with use of keycards.

I don't have much to say about the rooms; they're renovating, and while I did have an issue with my initial room, the night manager woman with dyed hair went above and beyond to make sure I had a better room, advised me on the area, and personally made the trip to inspect the new room. I'm willing to spare the stars from the room for her excellent customer service. I'm a business owner, so I also understand renovations; it's a thing that should happen sometimes.

If i could put 0 stars i would.. check in was great the lobby was nice and clean.. you turn the corner to go upstairs to the room and right away the vending machines and ice machines said out of order. Go into the room and it was ok at first and then noticed the curtains were nasty, toliet seat was broken and when i called the front desk to ask for a new one they said no. Walls were gross the microwave couldnt plug in anywhere it wouldnt reach. Carpet was dirty like it wasnt vacuumed. The bathroom floor tiles were broken we had to leave our shoes on. The bathroom mirror was dirty the sink was nasty. I wouldnt even shower in there. 1am some drunk guy kept banging on the door and when i call front desk nothing was done. I checked out a day early i was disgusted when i requested a refund they denied it and keep denying that there was no conplaint made and nothing was wrong with the room despite the pictures i have provided. I also left a review on google.. This place needs to be shut down. I wouldnt even allow someone i hate to stay there. And when i called to talk to a manager the day i checked out and yes i said some not so nice words out of frustration and out of disgust she hung up on me instead of listening and trying to cone to a compromise. I will be calling until i speak to either someone above her or the owner. Because i want my money back
