Limited breakfast items. Cooked waffles to recommended time & they were still not fully cooked. Deadbolt on room door did not work. Mattresses were very hard. Timer in bathroom did not work. Tub floor was stained & not white. Rooms need upgrading.

Bathroom mirror literally falling apart. After departure I noticed an additional $215.88 charge on my credit card. I phoned hotel who said it was for a broken mirror. I did not break this mirror, it was like that upon arrival. I took pictures of this mirror because I thought it was going to fall on one of us during our stay there. I want this incident charge refunded and Wyndham says to contact the booking agent.

The TV did not work in our room. We arrived late and just went to bed. The rooms are dated. Our room door was hard to open and shut. Breakfast had limited quantities, almost everything was out (milk, waffle syrup, coffee. Limited selection and hotel staff were not real excited to help refill things. Check-in was a breeze. It was a place to stay.

The breakfast room was generally unattended. Tables and counters were not wiped, garbages overflowing, no fruit to be seen, cream curdled in my coffee, water dispenser rusting, juice concentrate empty and dispensing only water. When I approached the staff to bring these issues to their attention, they seemed surprised that anyone would need anything. The staff were also unprofessionally attired - it is inappropriate to come to work in pyjamas.

The room climate was ok, the breakfast dont know where to start nothing food was full ran out of alot of items food plates coffee and juice was not working not wiping off tables when people were done no staff had to call on phone every time we were there fri thru sun no new towels in room garage over flowed had to ask for towels to bath. In pool area no towels the hotel next to us were boarded windows, screen off anf there was a fight between 2 guys punching each other and on the hotel property everthing outside was dirty screens off windows

I do not recommend. There was no coffee in the room. That is the first for me in hotels in the US. Also, I had the do not disturb sign on my door and was disturbed twice. On the positive side, the room is clean and well maintained. Also quiet. Thank you!

Horrible odor in room. A dirty sock from last guest was sitting under luggage rack. Literal garbage in night stand drawer. Broken curtain rod. Window screen hanging from window. Hand prints all over mirrors. Mold in bathtub. Dirty shower curtain with stains. Food spilled on wall in hallway. Honest the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
