I tried contacting Expedia but could only talk to computers so nothing got resolved. I showed up at the hotel and there was no sign of our booking for 5 rooms but was charged on my credit card and app shows that it was good. Super frustrating as I need to get my refund back now somehow.

The building is old. In our room there were cracks in the walls, floor under carpet made noises when you walked on it like it was old and the bathroom had some stains on the wall and needed some TLC for the tub and tiles.
