We stayed with a lot of other sports teams at the hotel. We couldn’t use to pool & hot tub for more than 30 minutes because they were dumping lots of chlorine in with so many people staying at the hotel. Which then led to my 2 year old having coughing fits & puking all over our bedding to then call the front desk & have them tell me they gave out all the pillows & had no extras. The woman at the front desk was so sweet & helpful & patient when she had so much on her plate & literally running everywhere to try & help everyone. We were just bummed that our kids couldn’t use the pool more because that was the main thing they were looking forward to!

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a good variety and some changes day to day. The staff at breakfast and the front desk were courteous, helpful and friendly. The workout room was wonderful. There are a lot of options. We will definitely be back.

The room we got is very nice! The only issue that we had is our heater wasn’t working and it’s very cold in here. When I told the front desk gal she didn’t even apologize—she just said she would put in a maintenance request. That part could have gone better.

This was a very nice stay. Great friendly staff. Someone was gaming on the TV whoever stayed before us so it took us about half hour to figure out the TV. Housekeeping should really check all TV's as part of their routine. Gamers never put TV back on the right outputs when they are done. Not the hotel's fault, it just happens way too often. Otherwise, great hotel to stay at!
