Walk to Prairie Roots Co-op food market, or take in a locally brewed cider from the cider house down the block. Penthouse comes with parking spot in the heated parking garage.

Our unique space offers a private rooftop patio with a hot tub overlooking the historic downtown Fargo. 10 ft ceilings, gas fireplace, new comfortable beds and linens.
-You will have access to high speed wireless internet, Smart tvs in each bedroom and living room so you can easily use Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc.
-Remote check in easy anytime after 3pm with lockbox code.
