The dispencers in the bathroom were falling apart, had to fix one to get anything out of it. Water in shower was never hot in 3 days! For a “high” end hotel, I would never pay that money to stay there again! Staff was more interested in the computer than customer service! And I know you have new software, doesn’t excuse standing there for 5 minutes while they stare at their screen before they acknowledge you!
