I reserved my room about 3 hours before my arrival to Fargo ND. When I arrived the man at the counter could not find my reservation. He told me to call expedia. I just drove 400 miles to arrive at 11 pm and I just needed to get to bed. The front desk man then talked to Expedia and proceeded to be of no help. After about 40 minutes of having to cancel my reservation and just getting a room on my own, and paying more for it the CC machine did not work. The man just looked at me said I don't know what to do. Then another co worker of his came around the corner to help people that just arrived. I noticed him entering the CC manually. So I looked that that dudes eyes and said, why don't you enter my card manually. So he did. Guess what, the card worked. Then the guy that popped in from around the corner started to apologize, looked at my guys screen and said you did not check the correct property. All the time my reservation was good. He just did not clearly check the other screen. I ended up getting billed more, Then billed for Days Inn somehow but left that place because I was not going to toke it out on the morning guy that was not involved. I never got my lower rate fixed as promised. I am pissed. Don't go there.

Breakfast has poor selection, choice between waffles, bagels, toast, cereal and mini muffins, no orange juice and watered down apple juice, they also offer coffee, and 2 other juices but didn’t try them. Overall place was clean and had very friendly staff, pool and hot tub were both working

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. I did notice that some repair work was done in the bathroom. but it wasn't completed; there were spots that had not been completely repainted. It was a great visit, however.

The room was clean and check in was very quick. Breakfast had a nice assortment of item to choose from. The food was replenished as items were getting low instead of gone. Staff was polite and professional. I would stay at the location next time I’m in Fargo.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. People smoking right by the door, employees wearing weed shirts, loud music at 1 am, hallways full of trash, and our carpet wad gross.

They water down everything they can on the breakfast bar to pinch pennies. Like, they literally water down the waffle batter!! Sheets were stained with what looked like blood. Not the best experience. They let us check in a bit early (a half hour) so that was a plus, but overall I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone who is looking to take full advantage of the amendities. It's fine for a cheap stay.

Rooms are basic they didnt even leave the tv remote had to ask. Bathroom lights didnt work neither did the fan. The hot water was more luke warm at the hotest. Breakfast wasnt even worth it. And noises all night. Onky good thing was the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. And my kids of course loved the pool. I also hated that they precharged us 150 ontop of the room saying it was a deposit.

Continental breakfast was extremely limited . No protein only carbs. Coffee machine was broken. Only offered instant. Had to go elsewhere to get a decent cup of coffee . Couldn’t even have a nice cup of juice as they were all watered down. Couldn’t even tell if there was juice in there at all. Just felt that they were cutting costs. Plus no coffee machine in the room and the beds were quite uncomfortable. Woke up every morning with lower back pain. This was our first time at this place and is the last time. Not good!
