The outside pictures don't do it justice.
The building is super old, and has been very well adapted to having the rooms.
The bed was really comfy, the shower was great, but it could have done with a better desk area. :-)
Real shame, the room was fantastic but the whole point of a room is to sleep. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep before 12.30 due to the noise of the drinkers on a Tuesday night. No real pressure for them to be quiet despite me asking. Wasn’t asked how my stay was as I checked out to this review may be a surprise to them.
I had a great stay at this hotel, the restaurant was phenomenal. The staff were polite and the character and renovation was inspirational.
I will definitely be returning.
