Beautiful new location with new lighting features and amenities in the room. Surprised with how loud it was at night - loud dripping noise in the fan in bathroom, doors are not sound proof and air conditioner is integrated with wall thermostat, but very loud.

The pillows and bed were too soft and highly uncomfortable. My husband and I would suffer every morning from lack of sleep due to the uncomfortable conditions. Showering was a disaster because the water would leak out into the rest of the floor. The staff's solution is to give us more towels. We requested firmer pillows but they basically gave us the same ones. For the amount that I paid for 2 nights, this was not worth it at all. I expected better quality of this hotel and I am COMPLETELY disappointed by this. I will never book here again. The only decent thing was the free breakfast.

The newness of the building was going to be a plus i believed, however there were issues with the bathroom in our room, the toilet clogging repeatedly, and the shower not draining properly and overflowing. Then there was a party of guests that had about 8 children, they were running around the entire hotel, unsupervised, and disturbing other guests but specifically us. We have a child, age 9, and they were making rude comments to me about my smoking habit outside to antagonize him

This Hampton Inn is brand new. it was 5 days old! Great staff. The suite was a bit smaller than I expected as compared to other Hampton Inn we stayed at but it worked out.

Great place to stay

We loved everything about this brand new hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The shower was relaxing. While we didn't swim in the pool, we did use the jacuzzi. It was great. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. We loved the fresh waffles - so yummy. And all the staff from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast staff - everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again.
