Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and accomodating. However, Hotels.com has information wrong. The biggest suite only has two beds. Not three. However, there was a pull out couch. But the description said two queen beds in one room and one queen bed in the other. Not true. Also, it is pet friendly, which is great. However, there is a HUGE fee!! One night and I had to pay an extra $150!! Hotels.com did not say that at all.

I’ve stayed a the TownePlace Suites several times in the past 4 years and always enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but on this visit I noticed that the bagels were different. My overall was a 4/5. Staff was awesome, nice and polite. The only downfall i had was the first room the heater was to loud and there were very loud guests down the hallway. I was then moved to help but the walls are a little thin and could hear a lot from next to me on both side, door slamming, chatter. Another bad thing was the TV remote was half broken, then got the box replaced, which fixed it to what it was but still only half the remote worked. Older hotel, staff is super nice. This is more for families that cook as it has stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. The fridge was noisy all night long, also the heating system was kind of loud and keep me up. Clean room, the shower, had some hair on the walls from before. The courtyard across is much nicer, newer, sister hotels.
