My overall was a 4/5. Staff was awesome, nice and polite. The only downfall i had was the first room the heater was to loud and there were very loud guests down the hallway. I was then moved to help but the walls are a little thin and could hear a lot from next to me on both side, door slamming, chatter. Another bad thing was the TV remote was half broken, then got the box replaced, which fixed it to what it was but still only half the remote worked. Water - Excellent Kitchen - Excellent Bed - Comfy Security - Excellent

Older hotel, staff is super nice. This is more for families that cook as it has stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. The fridge was noisy all night long, also the heating system was kind of loud and keep me up. Clean room, the shower, had some hair on the walls from before. The courtyard across is much nicer, newer, sister hotels.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, The building is old. Rooms not fancy or clean. Beds were not super comfy. However, the two bedroom unit (Teen adult kid) for the cost was worth it.

Easily this was $60/day quality stay at $210/day rates. I could write an essay on the disappointment of being locked into the Expedia contract while I was grieving the loss of a family member. Only redeeming aspects were the available Gideon Bible, the free USA Today paper and the complimentary coffee.
