In the region of competition, it was a budget friendly offering with recently remodeled rooms. The property outside could use some care but room was clean and breakfast satisfactory. Plenty of parking for a truck and trailer.

I booked a king bed 3 weeks in advance. When I got into the room it was 2 queen beds. Went to the desk to get what I paid for and the manager wouldn’t help. He refunded my room and told me to leave. I told him no I need this room I just want what I paid for, he called the police. The officers were very nice and said they have had many issues with this property but there nothing they can do. They referred me to a much better hotel . DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!! The staff are awful . I did not raise my voice or cause a scene . The manager was so rude and arrogant

The food was ok but they needed to add some Pam or another brand of spray so the waffles didnt stick to the waffle maker One bad thing was the man in charge of the food was coughing all over everything really bad one man put his food back and i left because it was awful The bathtub wouldnt drain well the beds were comfortable,there was easy access to take a pet in and out ,there was plenty of hot water. One issue was pricing/ we had a pet room quoted at a certain price and they added $20 a night because they said it wasnt inclided because they didnt know how many pets you had. I think they should have stated that at first .
