CHARMING 1870 Three bedroom FARMHOUSE

Located in Historical Farmington neighborhood one block from Main Street. Original rock house was built in 1870 for the second wife of a local polygamist. This home has the old farmhouse charm with all the modern amenities. Newly furnished and updated throughout. Grab your favorite book and relax on the front porch swing. Lagoon Amusement & Water Park along with popular StationPark is less than 2 miles! A variety of restaurants, shopping, Grocery Store and Cinemark Movie Theater 4-5 min away.
The space
Bedroom 1 has King Bed, built in usb charging stations on each bedside table, seating area, full length mirror and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed, side tables with convenient usb charging and closet with luggage rack and plenty of storage with extra pillows and bedding.
Bedroom 3 has full size bed and side tables with usb charging on each side, luggage rack and ample closet space.
Queen Air Mattress is available if needed.

Bathroom has tub/shower, fresh new towels and toiletries, shampoo/conditioner, body wash all included.

The Kitchen is the heart of the home. The exposed brick has so much character you’ll enjoy eating at the table with your family. A full kitchen with pots/pans and utensils if you choose to cook a tasty meal. A complimentary coffee/tea bar with an assortment of teas, creamer and coffee. There is a new Keurig along with a brewing pot available to suit your preference. Take your cup of coffee to the patio and enjoy all the birds in the morning while you catch up on the latest news.

Living room has comfortable sectional couch and ottoman. 55” Flat screen TV connected to Wifi. Cozy chair and desk area with a view of the front porch will make working more enjoyable.
