When i arrived, i completes the on-line check in that was sent to me, which was supposwd to save time once insidw to get my key. That was not the case as i still had to show my ID and sign the waivers that i had already signed. Once in the room, it was very comfortable and nice and we slept great! In the bathroom, the water comes out either scalding, actually dangerously hot, or ice cold and it was difficult to find a comfortable warm temperature for a shower. I would stay again but the water temperature needs to be addressed. There is a nice park and splash pad next door to the hotel which is great if you travel with small kids.

The worst thing about the whole room it was rated very high and that’s why we took this room though it should’ve been rated a two. Worst hotel room we have been in. Sheets we’re clean. shower diverter did not WORK went from extremely hot to Extreme cold could not give my daughter a bath. No plug in tub was filthy. Sink had a plug that would not Open. Was supposed to two Queens, Ended up getting two full size. The mattress was smaller than the base, The base was made with piece out of cheap sheet metal, every time you hit it with your foot it would make a loud bang noise. Bathroom smells so bad it’s not like sewer gas. Air conditioner was extremely loud, I thought I had vibrating bed.no insulation, heard everything from next-door, which was not a good thing and Heard everything from out side. Affordable and convenient location. Rooms were clean, spacious and friendly staff. Breakfast is more like snack bar but we appreciated the cup of coffee in the morning.

The property was next to a park with some undesirable people who were bothering people at the hotel. I did not feel safe there and worried about the car.? The room looked fine. The people at the check in desk were professional. The security man they called looked like an undesirable! We decided we would not stay and asked for a refund.

I 2 votes for did not like losing power in the room while trying to shower. I did not like the lack control of water temperature at the tub valve. I did not like the wild fluctuations in water temperature on the shower (separate from the broken shower valve, connected to broken hot water system). Two votes for poor accommodations. Some of the remodel was nicely done but the broken systems were a deal braker for future return.
