Secure, beautiful location

Beautiful location right next to the river path. Secured access to the upper floors. Incredibly friendly staff. Room was very clean, and great condition, and bed was very comfortable. They have over a half dozen security cameras all over the property as well, but the area seems pretty safe. It was a nice added assurance, though.

Room was clean. The water in the shower was temperamental - either it was too hot or too cold, it was hard to find a point in the middle. Breakfast was sparse. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though not too big.

Comfortable

Great location right on the Animas River and very clean room with a very comfortable bed. What more could you expect for such a fair price. Oh and they also have a continental breakfast every morning and coffee anytime.

I'm physically handicapped and I reserved a HC room, they said it was out of order and I had planned for a HC room I had no and shower chair no HC toilet and the shower would not get hot water. Then after it got dark it sounded like gun fire with about 15 to 20 rounds going off and I didn't know if me and my service dog needed to get on the floor and could hear other guests saying the same thing

Room was updated just small. It was near the river so that was nice and a park nearby. The elevator need to be updated and the fact that it has gates enclosed was a safe yet scary feeling.

The location was beautiful but because of the area aka the farm land dealt with a lot of bugs flying and walking They made their way into the room when the door was open and even more On the floor creepy crawlers walking on the floor
