In this detached villa, about 2 km from the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nexe, you can enjoy the spaciousness and comfort for a relaxing holiday in undisturbed privacy. The quietly located accommodation with outdoor pool can only be reached by car. The villa is suitable for wintering for long-term renters and families with children.
The villa extends over a living area of ​​150 m2 and can accommodate 6 people and if required, a baby bed can also be set up. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has two single beds and the other two are each equipped with a double bed. One bedroom also has a flat screen with international channels. The villa has 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. The second bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and a shower. The adjoining kitchen-living room with 2 armchairs and a sofa bed for 2 people, has a flat screen TV with international programs, a dining table for 4 people and is well equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. Directly in front of the apartment there is a large, shady covered terrace with a view of the sea. The apartment is ideal for two families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together
but at the same time want to enjoy their privacy. The main house can accommodate 6 people and the apartment up to 2 adults + 2 children. The apartment is only opened when rented by more than 6 people or by arrangement.
