Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with this property. The bedsheets hadn't been put on the beds, there was no iron or washing machine even though they were included in the listing and the host personally told us it was there.The automatic sensors on the gate to leave the property also didn't work, which made it difficult for us to get out. We sent them a few messages during our stay about some issues we had and their communication was quite poor, which was a pity.Also, whilst there is a kitchen, it doesn't have enough cooking appliances to cook for everyone staying there if you plan on cooking. There were 5 of us and we had to buy things like baking trays.The flat is next to a bar which is open til 3am and it is very loud, so I would advise against staying here if you want a good night's sleep!Also, there was a broken table when we arrived in the flat. I told them about it on the first day, and they said they'd report it to the team which is fair enough. But when we checked out they charged me 70 for it and said we broke it. Because this property gets you to pay in two instalments (a deposit when booking and the rest on the day you arrive), they keep your bank details on file and can charge you without any warning, so beware.I had to message them multiple times and quote the contract to them before they finally agreed to give the 70 back, and it took over a week. It was quite stressful and not at all what you want to deal with after a holiday to relax.

Good Location

We had tons of storage space in the condo and was quiet except for the bar next door which went on till 4:00 am..wasn’t too bad but if your a light sleeper might keep you awake.Locked our keys in the unit by mistake when we went to Faro and was hard to get in contact with the managers who received my messages but never replied until I phoned them…it was resolved but would have liked more response on there end…over all we enjoyed our stay there…shower base leaked water out as no curbing

Nice apartment-bit hard to find

The address is not easy to find (did not pull up on maps for any of the uber drivers). Be sure to follow the video description given to you in the welcome package. Although ambiguous, it did help. The property managers were hard to get ahold of. Calls are not answered after hours, and they didnt answer the phone before 10:00 am. That said, the apartment was very nice, clean with great amenities. It was close to markets, cafes and night life.

At night load but Nice app

++The App is verry nice clean new and comfortable. Located close to the city center. 3 bedrooms and 2 walk in showers Kitchen totally equipped. Big television --- Located next to a Discotheca ,so at night from 1am till 4am loudy beat drums if you want a quiet night this is not the place to be !!
