Front desk staff, Rita and Iris, so friendly, helpful.. room was clean, modern, close to everything. Fancy coffee machine easy to use for different kinds of coffee. Didn’t use the pool but the outdoor area was clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in the old streets of Faro but very close to the marina. Our studio suite was excellent, very clean and modern with a great outdoor space with sun loungers and table and chairs and even a swing hammock!. It was great for our first night, only a short distance from the airport. We would definitely stay again but for longer next time. The staff on reception were very kind and helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is a five minute walk to the train station and a ten minute drive to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There are many shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. I would stay here again.

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony was enormous but a little sterile with no sunshade and no view whilst sitting. Our only disappointment was that swimming pool area where there were only 2 chairs (& no shade). We weren’t lucky enough in the 5 days we were there to get a spot!

Over rated

L’hotel en soi est très bien: propre, accès un une piscine ( minuscule mais agréable), chambre équipée d’une cuisinette. Cependant, assurez-vous d’avoir une chambre côté jardin car la rue devant est extrêmement passante. J’ai payé un surplus pour avoir un balcon mais, impossible d’en profiter car ça sentait trop l’essence des voitures et beaucoup trop bruyant. On nous a offert de changer de chambre pour la deuxième nuit seulement, mais toujours coté rue. De plus, une odeur épouvantable envahissait la chambre; le personnel est tres réactif; les femmes de chambre sont venues nettoyer mais le problème n’était pas résolu; je pense que ça venait des égouts. J’imagine que si vous avez une chambre coté jardin, votre expérience sera meilleure que la notre.
