This beautiful, colonial-style Villa dos Ciprestes is hidden between the green of the 10,000 m2 subtropical and flowery garden. In and around the house there is a serene, almost oriental atmosphere, with several great views to the ocean and at night to the twinkling lights of coastal towns like Faro. The villa owes its name to the more than 200 cypress trees that were once planted, many of them along the 150-meter long driveway... The villa belongs to our most luxurious offer, because of the very high level of finishing, the large spaces, the completeness of the furnishings and facilities, the beautiful garden with large pool and the tasteful styling both inside and out. The covered veranda with its attractive arches is enchanting, especially in the evening, when the garden including the pool is illuminated. The house is also suitable for children, they can enjoy swimming or roaming through the enclosed tropical garden.* There is a bocce court and table tennis table. In the garden there are many flowers and Mediterranean fruit trees such as orange, lemon, plum and fig, where you can pick the fruits.
Villa dos Ciprestes with all its luxury and rich atmosphere will undoubtedly be a wonderful place for a pampering vacation!
* The pool is located right next to the house and not lockable.There are also 2 fountains on the property, so it is important to keep a close eye on the little ones.

Surroundings Villa dos Ciprestes
Villa dos Ciprestes is rural but very central. Within 15 minutes you can reach the airport and the nearest beach. Other beautiful beaches like Fuseta or the luxurious Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo can be reached in 20-25 minutes. In and around the nice village of Santa Barbara de Nexe (5 km) there are several restaurants. In this village there are also a few cafes and you can do your shopping, refuel, withdraw etc. The historic town of Estoi is 1 kilometre from the house. Also here are some local restaurants. Fine shopping can be done both in the new MAR shopping and Outlet as in the Forum Algarve Shopping, only 10-15 minutes away. If you drive from Villa dos Ciprestes to the north a beautiful drive through the authentic Algarve awaits you, towards São Brás de Alportel (10 minutes) and further up through the hilly hinterland. Finally, the charming coastal towns of Olhão and Tavira with access to the Ria do Formosa islands are just over 20 minutes away.

See also the floor plan in the photo gallery. Through the closed entrance gate and the driveway with parking for at least 7 cars you reach the fully air-conditioned villa. This is all ground floor and barrier-free, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Through the beautiful hall you enter the cosy living room with a wood stove and a large dining table. From here you have access to the veranda, garden, swimming pool and in the back to the kitchen. In this huge kitchen, of course, nothing is missing. There is a separate snooker room for the adults across the courtyard. Here is also a separate laundry and ironing room. On the beautiful patio by the kitchen is the table tennis table and is the built-in barbecue. Attached to the house is a beautiful swimming pool (13 x 5 m!) with 8 sunbeds and there are several places in the garden or courtyard to retreat to. The intimate veranda at the house offers nice shelter at the large wooden outdoor table (10-12 people), from where you overlook the pool and garden. Nice are the hidden places in the garden, such as the bocce court, the rocking chair, 2 fountains and a place with beautiful views over the ocean. 3 spacious bedrooms have a double bed, French doors to the outside, a private bathroom and a satellite TV. 1 bedroom has 2 single beds and the 5th bedroom has a large bunk bed, ideal for children. These 2 rooms share a bathroom. 1 bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, the others have a nice walk-in shower. There is a separate guest toilet in the entrance hall and an outdoor shower.
