The location and its close proximity to Knoxville are what this place has going for it. The cons would be not enough parking for two trucks, sheets smelled sour, there was hair in the upstairs hall bathroom floor and in the shower. Hall bathroom shower and sink did not drain hardly either. Host was great though. Maybe hire a cleaning crew and have your guests prepare for the lack of parking. Other than that no complaints.

We had a great stay at this 2 bedroom townhouse. It is in a great location near Turkey Creek, many restaurant options, and close enough to the interstate to get on quickly but in a nice quiet residential area. It was clean and comfortable with inviting decor. We would stay here again.

Stayed while visiting family in Knoxville. It's easy to get to even though it feels remote. It's actually two miles from pretty much any amenity you'd need (grocery, drug store, chain shopping and food). Super clean and "efficient." Host provided the information we needed.

Visit to my daughter at UTK

Visited my daughter at college. Dorms were closed but she needed to be there for her sport and team practice. This rental was perfect, it was just the two if us and we felt safe and had all the comforts of home. Easy check-in process and owner was very responsive. Location was ideal, close to her gym as well as restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
