    Spent the week here with my sister while visiting family in Farragut. The place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to all the shopping and restaurants yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

    Quiet and Highly Functional

    Stayed while visiting family in Knoxville. It's easy to get to even though it feels remote. It's actually two miles from pretty much any amenity you'd need (grocery, drug store, chain shopping and food). Super clean and "efficient." Host provided the information we needed.

    Visit to my daughter at UTK

    Visited my daughter at college. Dorms were closed but she needed to be there for her sport and team practice. This rental was perfect, it was just the two if us and we felt safe and had all the comforts of home. Easy check-in process and owner was very responsive. Location was ideal, close to her gym as well as restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
