The property is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator.
The apartment has a large kitchen with dining room, from which you exit to the small balcony furnished with table and chairs.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, one quadruple, one triple and one double, all of which are spacious and have en suite shower rooms, giving guests maximum privacy.
One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub for an even more pleasant and relaxing stay.

The vacation apartment is located on the second floor of a condominium, in that of Fasano, a lovely town in the province of Brindisi where all the main services are present.
Fasano is a beautiful town located in the heart of Puglia, which enchants with its combination of natural beauty, historical heritage and local traditions.
Situated between the Valle d`Itria and the Adriatic coast, Fasano is strategically located to explore places of interest such as the Alta Murgia National Park and the Valle d`Itria.
Fasano is also close to the Adriatic coast, offering access to wonderful beaches and bays. Among the most famous are Torre Canne and Savelletri, with their crystal-clear waters and beautiful stretches of sand.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
