The Villa is located in the countryside of Fasano (Salamina), just 8 km from the seaside resorts of Torre Canne, Savelletri and Capitolo. The villa is independent and located in the quiet countryside of Fasano, just minutes from the center of Fasano and Pezze Di Greco. It is about 18 km from Ostuni, 10 from Cisternino and 30 from Alberobello, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. The airports of Bari and Brindisi are about 60 km. The ideal place to reach the most characteristic Apulian villages, enjoying the tranquility of the wonderful countryside of Puglia. The villa has been completely renovated with passion and attention to the maximum comfort of the guests. About 100 square meters consists of kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and 2 single beds, or 4 singles). There is a large furnished veranda as well as a large terrace with sea and mountain views. From the terrace from the house you can also see the magnificent tower of the ancient Masseria Salamina which is located a few meters from the property. The property is surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden of about 800sqm. In the garden there is an outdoor shower covered in mosaic and also provided with hot water for a relaxing shower when returning from the sea. There are two convenient parking spaces on the property. There are two entrances one driveway and one pedestrian. The owners live in the farm near the villa and therefore can be at your disposal for all your needs. In the nearby Masseria Salamina it is also possible to buy organic products or to book in the renowned restaurant.
