Chalet “Privatisation” with Mountain Views, Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

The Privatisation Hostel chalet in Faverges offers stunning views of the Alps. This 80 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 15 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine, and books and toys for children. For your entertainment, there’s also a ping-pong table. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please note, air conditioning is not provided.



Enjoy a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace, two covered terraces, a balcony, and a barbecue. A shared garden is also available for relaxing outdoors.



The chalet is near the hamlet of Combes, 10 minutes from town and close to attractions like Fort Tamié and the Seythenex caves and waterfalls. Lake Annecy is only a 15-minute drive away, making this an ideal base for exploring the region.



On-site parking is available, and free street parking can also be found nearby. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not permitted.



Flexible rental options let you book individual rooms or the entire property (hostel plus three chalets) for up to 41 guests. Breakfast and prepared meals can be ordered for an extra fee. A storage area for bikes and motorbikes is provided.
