It includes: 1 bedroom with a bed of 140, 2nd bedroom 2 separate beds + TV, 1 sofa.
The rooms are equipped with cupboards.
1 new kitchen open on dining room with: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Many dishes for people.
1 dining room with television, WIFI equipment.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower + sink and storage.
Washing machine.
1 board and iron.
1 private parking space.
NO ANIMALS, NO PARTY LATE EVENING AND NON SMOKING HOUSING.
Amenities: bed linen duvets, towels and shower. Linen.
This rental is ideally located in the center of Faverges, very quiet residence. A 1 minute walk from all shops, Carrefour Market / Lidl 3 minutes by car. Market every Wednesday right next door.
The ski resort, "LA SAMBUY" is 15 minutes by car or possibility of taking the shuttle. (for more information contact the Tourist Office opposite.
The resorts of Grand Bornand and Clusaz are 30 km and the Tarentaise at 1:30 by car.
The summer of many activities are proposed to you at the Sambuy, summer toboggan hooked branches hiking chairlift etc. Lake Annecy is a 10-minute drive with its
beach in Doussard.
