Beautiful lake-view, A-frame cabin nestled in a peaceful neighborhood in Fawnskin, north-shore of Big Bear Lake, just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, skiing and more. Brand new HOT TUB, outdoor gas fire table and exceptional view.

Sleeping Arrangements: This is a two bedroom cabin. Bedroom #1 is the only space on the second floor with one queen bed. Similar to a loft with no doors to take advantage of the amazing view out back. Bedroom #2 is on the main floor and has two twin beds. Third bed is a very comfortable sofa pull-out, queen sized bed.

There's a full kitchen with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils you need to make great meals. Guests are required to clean the dishes and take out trash.

Wall heaters are in every room but everyone prefers to warm up with the wood burning stove located in the living room that can warm up the entire cabin.

NO SHOES beyond interior entrance of cabin.
The neighborhood is quiet so please keep noise down at night. Parking space can easily accommodate 3 cars. Please do not park on the street in winter. You could be ticketed or towed for blocking the snow plows. No open fires allowed by city law.

Wifi is strong. There is a one TV with Chromecast in the upstairs bedroom so remember to bring your username and passwords for your apps, such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. No cable or broadcast channels available.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all windows Wall heaters off. Remove all ashes from wood stove to metal can found just outside back door. Wash all dishes. (Extra $20 fee for unwashed dishes. Cleaner charges this.)
Take your items from the refrigerator Adjust hot tub temp to 80 degrees (90 November thru April) and secure hot tub cover on Log-out of your apps on TV Check all outlets for your plug-in items
Place covers back on grill and fire table. Turn water valve ‘OFF’ (Nov-Apr) Nov-Apr -Turn off the GREEN fuses (wall heater/water heater) Throw trash in the bins on the parking pad
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
