Excellent staff

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our large family. She helped us all get rooms close to one another and even upgraded one of our rooms to make sure we were all together. The kids had fun swimming after a long day in the car traveling.

The hotel is old but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic. No eggs or sausage. Staff was friendly. The location works for a night stopover.

The pool area had garbage on the pool deck, there were only 6 lounge chairs and 4 of them were badly ripped and unusable. Several chairs were ripped as well. There were only 4 pool towels in the tub by pool and it was only 1 pm. Pool needs serious renovation, many tiles are missing in the pool.

I booked through Hotels.com and needed a print out of my receipt at check out. The man at the front desk was rude and demeaning. I will not return. The young lady who checked me in the previous night was very kind and helpful. Shout out to the good employees who make it worth your stay.
