By the way the pictures looked and thr price I was paying, I honestly thought the hotel would have been in a nicer area and more clean. 1st. The area where hotel located was surrounded with very low quality hotels. Where tons of homeless hang out. And honestly you could see drug activity near. 2nd. The room was nice except the floor was extremely dirty. A hair ball and tons of stans on floor. 3rd. While latying in bed at 3 different times we heard hun shots!!!!! 4th. Couldnt get any sleep because the people in next room were partying until 3am. I tried turning my tv up louder, i tried rain sounds on my phone either way i left feeling tired. For the price i could have stayed in a nicer hotel in a nicer part of Fayetteville.

Old building, old windows, old garbage can in the common area (someone put big plastic bag for convenience). It is time to renovate and take care of this hotel, it has a potential be much nicer place. Reception is nice and professional.
