Room smelt like dog took a 50$ deposit I haven’t got back yet hair in tub big spider in room platform bed with metal grate on top Went to continental breakfast only had raisin bran in a two dispenser and other was empty 2 teabags oj was in a pitcher on counter there was nothing else seemed like a transient facility asked me if I had animals because deposit would be required certainly did not look like pictures or a Wyndham facility extremely disappointed

I didn't feel all that safe, seeing & hearing foot traffic as well as cars and doors closing, and the fact that with the door being closed it really wasn't, I could see outside through the door(gap), the chain lock was busted, hanging by a stripped nail barely hanging on/in itself.

Front desk refused to give us extra pillows or an extra blanket, cigarette burns on blankets, sheets were stained, beds were highly uncomfortable, room was DIRTY, walls are paper thin and could hear people next door having normal conversation, sink leaked.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life

I will never run another hotel at that place. It was awful and the room was nasty. It has cigarette burns all in the blankets hose in the walls bathroom nasty, and the room was awful all the way around they would not give me a refund so I had no choice but to stay and then they charge me a deposit after I had already made room reservations, and I would never ever recommend anyone to stay there. They are nasty rude and that room was so nasty. I wouldn’t even want my dog to say it, but I had no choice at the time I asked for my money back and I was told they could not give me my money back nor my deposit back

Don’t stay here!

This place is dirty! Found stuff in drawers that maids did not remove. There is a crack under the door big enough for a snake, mouse, or any small critter to come into the room! Cracks in my ceiling and bathroom ceiling unpainted. Breakfast is a joke! Choice of Raisin Bran or Frosted Flakes, warm OJ, apple juice and milk! That’s all. Tried to get breakfast my 1st day at 9:01 and was told “no breakfast is over at 9:00! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

False advertising

We booked this hotel because the room advertised having a sleeper sofa. After driving 6 hours, we got to the hotel only to find out that it didn't have a sleeper sofa. The hotel refused to accept responsibility for the listing, and they refused to give me a refund so I could book a room at another hotel.
