The villa, built in 2018, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Valbandon. The villa is situated on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in the house only intermittently, but uses a separate entrance. Semi-detached house. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 4 cars).

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, can be heated, 4.5 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).
