Das separate Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200cm) und Kleiderschrank bietet den besten Blick zum Yachthafen mit all seinem maritimen Flair zum Sonnenauf- und untergang. Einmalige Abende genießen Sie sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer. Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer besteht aus einer Sofaecke, welche schnell zu einem 140x200cm Schlafsofa umgebaut werden kann, einem Doppelwandklappbett (2x90x200cm), einer Essecke und einer Versorgungsbar mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und allem was Sie für den Urlaub benötigen. Im Objekt befindet sich ein festes w-lan Netzwerk, in der Wohnung ein smart TV. Für Ihre Koffer haben Sie einen separaten Abstellraum in der Wohnung (abschließbar). Neben dem Duschbad haben Sie noch eine riesige Dachterrasse nach Süden.
Direkt am Ufer des Yachthafens gelegen, finden Sie diese einzigartige Ferienanlage am Burger Binnensee. Im Haus befindet sich ein SB Laden mit täglich frischen Brötchen und ein Cafe mit Außenterrasse und Wintergarten.
