The holiday complex is located near the spa complex in Petersdorf, is surrounded by meadows and fields and is the central location in the west of the island. There is a good infrastructure, so there is Aldi, Edeka and a bakery not far from the apartment, and towards the town center there are various restaurants, a café, small boutiques, a doctor, physiotherapy and hairdressing salons.
