The living and dining area provides a comfortable seating area and dining space with sea views where you can watch passing boats.



Step outside to enjoy both a private covered terrace and an uncovered terrace. The spacious rear deck offers seating areas, while the nearly 40 sqm roof terrace provides a 360-degree water view. You can relax in the wind-protected beach chair or sunbathe on the loungers.



Street parking is available on a shared basis, and public transportation is accessible. A shared EV charger is located within a 5-minute walk at the yacht harbor. Up to 2 pets are allowed, but events are not permitted on the property.



Within the yacht harbor, you will find a small shop and cafe, with a restaurant within walking distance.
