In the district of Falkau 3 km from the centre of Altglashütten, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Feldberg, 13 km from the centre of Titisee-Neustadt, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 m from the edge of the forest, 4 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with meadow. Table tennis, boccia, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna. 50 m footpath to the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 2 km, café 4 km, bus stop "Falkau Abzw Haslachstrasse" 500 m, railway station "Falkau- Altglashütten" 2 km, bathing lake "Windgfällweiher" 4 km.
