Inside, the 174 m² home is thoughtfully designed with eco-friendly heating and cooling systems, ensuring year-round comfort powered partly by solar energy. Spread across two floors, the house accommodates up to eight guests. The ground floor includes a welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for eight, three bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a private dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. With ample parking, a utility room, and direct garage access, Les Hirondelles combines rustic charm with modern convenience for a truly relaxing escape. A security deposit of EUR 160,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
