Tucked just steps from Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and a short walk to downtown Felton’s shops and restaurants, this cozy standalone studio offers an affordable, simple home base for exploring the Santa Cruz Mountains. The studio sits at the back of a shared property that also includes two other rentals.

THE SPACE

This 200 sq ft studio is best suited for solo travelers or couples who plan to spend most of their time outdoors exploring. Inside, you’ll find a queen memory foam bed with cotton linens and a compact kitchenette featuring a gas cooktop, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware, dishes, and flatware for simple meals.

Please note: The kitchenette and bathroom share a single sink, and there is no separate vanity sink. For convenience, a vanity table with a lighted mirror and a hair dryer is provided for makeup, hair, and getting ready.

Perfect Stay for Concert and Hiking

Owner was incredibly responsive. There was an issue with the WiFi and it was addressed and fixed in no time. Short walk to hiking and the redwoods and to the Felton Music Hall for a concert.
