DollyBrook Resort is a secluded 34-acre woodland sanctuary in Fennville, Michigan. When you reserve the entire property, your group enjoys complete privacy across nine newly remodeled cottages surrounded by open sky, mature trees, and expansive natural grounds.

Designed for meaningful gatherings, restorative retreats, and intentional time together, the layout allows guests to share communal experiences while maintaining personal space. Separate cottages provide quiet retreat areas, while outdoor gathering spaces invite connection.

Each cottage has been thoughtfully remodeled to blend timeless character with modern comfort. Interiors feature natural pine finishes, full kitchens, fireplaces, screened-in porches, and premium mattresses designed for deep rest. Select cottages include private outdoor spas and fire pits, offering space for reflection and evening relaxation.

The grounds are expansive and peaceful. A large seasonal swimming pool, private and communal fire pits, sports courts, picnic areas, and wooded surroundings create a setting that supports both activity and stillness.
