Spanning four levels, this spacious home offers unobstructed beach views and three private decks on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. The open-concept main living area on the 3rd floor includes the kitchen, dining, and living spaces—ideal for gathering with family and friends.

Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests with a king and queen suite on the 1st floor, a king and two twins suite on the 3rd floor, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a private queen suite on the ground floor. The home features five full bathrooms plus one half bath for convenience.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, blender, toaster, standard drip coffee maker, and Keurig, along with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Entertainment options include five smart TVs with streaming access and high-speed WiFi throughout.

Outdoor features include an enclosed outdoor shower, a gas grill, and direct access to a quiet stretch of beach. Parking includes a small garage plus tandem space for up to four vehicles. Please note, this unit is strictly no pets due to owner allergies and no smoking is allowed.

Booking requires Saturday-to-Saturday rentals, with check-in at 12 PM and check-out at 9 AM. Linens and towels are available for an additional fee of $275. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Additional taxes and fees may apply.
