The flat consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Ideal for four persons, the Colleolivo flat can accommodate one or two extra persons in the double sofa bed in the living room (for a maximum of six persons).

The Valnerina is a paradise for those who love active holidays, offering easy walks along the river or trekking trails to discover ghost towns, fortified castles, abbeys or panoramic peaks. There are also many itineraries for mountain bikers and e-bikers, with the possibility of hiring bikes and being accompanied by an expert guide.
Along the river Nera you can go rafting (also soft), hydrospeed, canoeing and river walking (trekking on the bed of the Marmore Falls).
The Santa Croce farmhouse is also in a strategic position for visiting the small villages of the Valnerina or the most famous Umbrian cities such as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Norcia, Montefalco, Todi...all reachable in less than an hour!
