Bear Cub cabin is located in the beautiful Leatherwood Mountains resort community, only 30 minutes from Boone. This cabin is perfect for a romantic get-a-way or a family vacation. The wrap around deck puts you right in the middle of nature with no civilization in sight! Stone fireplace for that perfect romantic dinner or enjoy the 42' flat screen TV for a movie night. YouTube TV is the service for standard channels.

Excellent communication from host and perfect cabin in the mountains for the ultimate peaceful, quiet getaway from the noise of the world! Aptly named as well, we encountered a black bear cub on our hike with the dogs. The decks here are perfect to truly enjoy the beauty of nature surrounding you.

Alyson is such a great host! My wife and I have stayed at this cabin in the past, but gifted a stay to our friends. Like is, they too had an amazing time at the cabin. It was a very nice location and very quiet and private. The driveway in and out is a little scary. The highlight of the property is the outdoor gazebo area with a swinging bed and hot tub. But if I’m being honest, it’s just a little expensive for what it is.
