This holiday apartment for a maximum of 5 people is located on the first floor of an authentic house on a hill in Ferlach, Carinthia, directly in the beautiful Bodental valley at an altitude of approximately 1,100 meters in the sunny south of Austria, and only 25 minutes from Klagenfurt and the famous Wörthersee.

The fully furnished apartment features a living/dining room, a separate, well-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and is accessed via an external staircase in the garden. Guests can use the garden and a very large, covered terrace of approximately 44 m². A barbecue is also available. Parking is available directly at the house.

Ferlach is located in the Carnica region of Rosental. The renowned Meerauge nature reserve is right on the doorstep, and there are also many hiking trails in Ferlach and the surrounding area. In winter, you can go on a ski tour from the house. Winter sports enthusiasts can also enjoy the small family ski area of Bodental-Unterbergen, which is 1.5 km away and has 2 kilometers of slopes and 4 lifts/cable cars. It also has a ski school. The idyllic swimming pond in Reßnig is ideal for a swim in the summer.

In the surrounding area, you'll find the Tscheppaschlucht Gorge with a wonderful climbing park and Tschaukofall hiking trails. Slovenia is also a quick day trip.

In Ferlach or Klagenfurt, there are ample shops for daily needs, as well as a good selection of restaurants.
