To live all year round: in Fermo, a small splendid city of art and culture on the hills, overlooking the sea (7 km).

Apartment on the large garden in the historic center, close to beautiful beaches. will take you back a few centuries passing by medieval and Roman remains leaning on the driveway. It was the ancient FIENILE of Palazzo Romani Adami, a historic residence, a national monument.

NO ZTL. Paid and free parking.



Trattorias, food shops, small shops, ATMs all within walking distance. Villages and fish restaurants 10/20/30 minutes by car: many.
