Welcome to Falling Star Ski House Ltd, a beautiful, brand new ski-in/ski-out family home located just 150 meters from the Timber Chair at Fernie Alpine Resort. This spacious property offers two suites, each with over 2,200 sq. feet of living space, perfect for families and multi-generational gatherings.

With a 17-foot swim spa, barrel sauna, and massive backyard, your family will enjoy both luxury and comfort in a prime location to experience the best of Fernie.

Spacious & Family-Friendly: With 5 bedrooms in Side A and 4 in Side B, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Families love gathering in the open-concept living areas, relaxing on the massive leather power recliner sectional, and enjoying meals around the dining table after a day on the slopes.

Steps from the Slopes: Located on Resort Drive, the newest and most exclusive road at Fernie Alpine Resort, it’s a true ski-in at the end of the day. Walk to the Timber Chair and hit the slopes with ease.

Luxury Swim Spa & Sauna: After a day of skiing, unwind in the 17-foot swim spa or barrel sauna. These two areas are shared with the other unit, but we use a reservation system to ensure everyone gets private time to enjoy them.

Breathtaking Mountain Views: Every window frames spectacular mountain views. Whether you’re sipping coffee, soaking in the spa, or sitting by the fireplace, you’ll be surrounded by pure alpine magic.

Home Highlights:
Main Floor Living: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a 65" 4K Smart TV (with full Shaw cable). Perfect for family movie nights or quiet evenings by the fire.

wo Master Bedrooms: Both suites feature master bedrooms with king beds, ensuite bathrooms, and deck access. The upstairs master boasts vaulted ceilings, stunning mountain views, and a luxurious ensuite.

Kids' Paradise: The upstairs includes two additional rooms—one with XL bunk beds and another with two twin beds—plus a large shared bathroom with double sinks. Perfect for the grandkids or younger guests to have their own space!

Bonus Room: Side A includes a bonus 5th bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private ensuite with full shower for extra guests.

Outdoor Fun: In summer, enjoy the BBQ island, fire pit (summer only), and deck space. Take in the view of Lost Boys Café and Polar Peak or relax in the peaceful backyard setting.

Important Information:

-Steep Driveway & Heated Access: The home is located on a mountain slope, so the driveway is steep. Thankfully, we’ve recently added heated driveway access, making winter stays much easier.
-Parking: Each side allows for up to 3 vehicles. No street parking is allowed, and this rule is strictly enforced.
-Shared Spaces: The swim spa and sauna are shared between the two units, but we offer a reservation system for private time. Other than these, the front and back decks and backyard space are shared between the units, ensuring everyone has enough room to relax.
