Ski-in condo with PRIVATE hot tub

Enjoy a year round vacation in our spacious two-bedroom condo. Located on the mountain in Fernie Alpine Resort, there are recreational activities to enjoy in all seasons on the door step including skiing, mountain biking, hiking and the Aerial Park and Zipline!

Our condo is in the Stone Creek development, at the end of a quiet cul de sac a short distance from the ski lifts and resort amenities. Walk 420m from the parking lot to the Elk Chair and ski back to Stone Creek at the end of the day (as shown in the property photos). Walk through your own front door on the first floor and relax in front of the fire or in the hot tub on the deck which overlooks a forest to the rear of the property.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, but a night out in downtown Fernie is a 10 minute drive away, with tons of great restaurants and bars to choose from. The main bedroom features a new king-size bed and ensuite with bath and shower. The second bedroom features a bunk-bed, double on the bottom and single top bunk, with a trundle added below. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for socializing and leads to the deck with BBQ at the rear of the property. The property is a great quiet place to hang out, unplug, and get outdoors.

Other amenities include a ski locker, one allocated parking space with marked visitor spaces, on site washer and dryer, and wifi.

Condo was good, had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was lovely but we wondered if chemicals were incorrect, Also we could not figure out how to ski in, and definitely too far to walk in ski boots to closest chair lift. Not the condo’s fault but the noise from condo above was quite frustrating. Parking spot was very difficult to get our truck in with other cars/trucks on either side. Overall condo was good, fully stocked and very comfortable for family of four.

Very clean and well maintained condo. We didn’t feel up to carrying our ski gear to the hill from here, but the carpool parking at Fernie Alpine Resort was great. Ski conditions were great, fresh powder was a lot of fun.

Location is convenient. 5 minute drive to the hill 10 minutes to town. Private hot tub excellent right outside the door. Didn’t try the walk to the lift apparently brisk walk uphill.

Condo was very nice and his away in the mountains of Fernie. Wildlife is present :). So therfore rules must be followed. A shoet distance from the ski lifts and a short drive to town.

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s property in Fernie. It was the perfect location for our family ski vacation. The private hot tub was a nice treat after a day on the hill. The handbook was full of helpful information. Our family of four had lots of space for sleeping and hanging out. There were some issues with cleanliness - old empty beer cans on patio and on the ground outside of patio. The frying pan we took out of the cupboard to use was greasy and unwashed. Overall it was a great place and we would stay there again.

This condo was great for our family ski holiday! The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed and very good quality which we appreciated when cooking. The walk to the ski lift/village was a nice warm up for our day of skiing. It isn’t too long for adults. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

Beware of overzealous host

My group was enjoying their trip and each other's company and were too loud the first night. Wasn't a party or anything, just some men in their 50s laughing and talking. He texted a warning overnight and then evicted my group while everyone was skiing the next day claiming we were warned twice. He absolutely ruined our trip. Requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Property was great, host was not.

Great accommodations for our group. Hot tub was roomy for 4 people after skiing. Good cooking facilities, with BBQ working really well. Great access to hill, but we choose a short drive up vs ski-in and walk out.
