The staff at Riad Maya—Salma, Hamid and Ayman—were amazing!! So welcoming, plus gave us all the attention we could ever expect—they made us feel very special. The Riad is very beautiful and in a great location—a calm oasis of tranquility after a crazy day in the Medina. The food (and wine) is wonderful, too! We are very glad that we booked it!

Such a lovely place, literally felt like you're staying at a Museum. The location is great, the staff was so kind and accommodating, and the views from the rooftop were amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way). The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Riad. It was a beautiful place that had been carefully restored and maintained. The caretakers take extra care to maintain it’s beauty. The manager Salma made sure that we stayed comfortable throughout the stay. The food was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
