The beginning of our stay was terrible, key collection was a nightmare as was locating the villa. On arrival I put the kettle on and all electrics immediately turned off. The electrical issue was not resolved until the afternoon of the following day. After a 12hr travelling day this was not what we expected. Once resolved we had a fantastic stay, the pool was exceptional perfect for the seven of us. Oddly the villa was cleaned on Wednesday prior to our checkout on Friday. I would have expected the mid week clean to have occurred on Monday. There was no information booklet provided at the villa which would have really helped with attractions/ locations etc. The button to call a taxi located on the property gate did not work

Blijkbaar een Budget Villa.Normaal gesproken zijn wij altijd zeer positief maar bij deze accommodatie hebben wij een slechte ervaring. De villa was van buiten mooi maar van binnen erg rommelig. Inventaris ontbrak of was kapot en de airconditioning was het toppunt. Van de 4 slaapkamers waren er 3 airco’s defect. Dit hebben wij gelijk op dag 1 gemeld, uiteindelijk is dit na meerdere verzoeken uiteindelijk op dag 4 opgelost. Daarnaast vond het agentschap dat onze klachten eigenlijk niet helemaal terecht aangezien dit een ‘budget’ Villa betrof. Dit hebben wij in de advertentie niet gezien en ook aan de prijs hebben wij dit niet af kunnen leiden.Op de site stond dat het zwembad aflopend was, voor ons erg handig gezien onze kleine kinderen. Dit bleek ook niet te kloppen en was overal ongeveer 1,65 diep.Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring wat dat betreft.
