It was an amazing experience with an incredible environment ,nature and sea meet each other Most important part the Hotel and staff including owner very polite friendly service with smile I plan to spend next vacation there again

Beautiful, highly convenient, accommodating hosts

This was a very inviting spot, and it couldn't have been more convenient to the Kayaköy ruins; they're right across the street. The hotel manager was extremely accommodating, allowing a flexible checkout and parking at the property - which is beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, rooms had all the necessary amenities, wish we could've stayed longer!

İşletme yetkilisi çok kaba çalışanlara sürekli bağırıyor odamız Delux oda olmasına rağmen bize standart oda verdiler itiraz ettim zaten 1 gece kalıyorsunuz ne olacak dediler bende sitede olan oda resimleri farkını ücret farkını ödedim dedim odanız yoksa iptal edin diyince başka oda verdiler yine Delux oda görünen oda gibi olmadı kahvaltı çok yetersiz açık büfe değil

Otelin karşısındaki restoran barda gece geç saatlere kadar çok yüksek seste müzik yayını olduğundan rahatsız ediciydi. Gece karşı odanın kapısı örtüldüğünde odamızın kapısı yerinden oynuyordu. Sıcak soğuk su ayarlanamıyordu.

Leute,geht einfach nicht von deutschen Hotels aus.Wir fanden das Hotel sehr schön, Personal war super. Vielen Dank nochmal an Onur. Ganz lieber Mitarbeiter, er kann sehr gut deutsch. Natürlich gibt es hier und da Sachen ,die repariert werden müssen. Sehr einfach drüber weg.

房间的桌子上都是烟灰，周边环境太吵闹，酒吧音乐放到零点。早餐是上午九点，还不如直接吃中餐。房间里完全没有wifi信号。

Ballı butik hotel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler hotel iyi konumda sakin huzurlu bir yer. Bahçesi ve huvuzu mükemmel. Odalar güzel tek sorun ormanlık alan bahçe VS olduğu için sivrisinek çok oluyor bunun için gitmeden sinekler için ilaç alınabilir. Onun dışında mükemmeldi herşey keyifli 4 gün geçirdim:) tekrar gideceğim :) teşekkürler ballı butik hotel ve ailesi

Otele ilk giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren çalışanlar çok ilgililerdi.Odası,çarsafları ve havlular oldukça temizdi. Bizim biraz şehir yoğunluğundan uzaklaşıp doğanın sakinliğine ihtiyacımız vardı,tam aradığımız huzuru burada bulduk.Çok memnun kaldık.
